1. Check‑In & Check‑Out

• Check‑In: From 1:00 PM onward

• Check‑Out: By 10:00 AM

• Early check‑in or late check‑out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Respect the Space

• Treat the homestay with care and respect its décor and furnishings.

• Report any accidental damage promptly.

• Rearranging furniture or altering decorative elements is not permitted.

3. Quiet & Consideration

• Maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

• No loud music or disruptive noise to respect fellow guests and the local community.

• Keep noise levels low, especially during nighttime hours.

4. Smoking, Substances & Prohibited Items

• No smoking indoors; designated outdoor areas are available.

• No drugs, illegal substances, or prohibited items are allowed on the property.

• Alcohol consumption must be responsible and respectful of other guests.

5. Pets

• Pets are not permitted unless pre‑approved by management.

6. Kitchen & Shared Facilities

• Kitchen and coffee station facilities are available for guest use.

• Clean up after use, wash dishes, and dispose of waste responsibly.

7. Rooftop Terrace

• Enjoy the terrace views responsibly.

• For safety, avoid using glass items; non‑breakable cups and containers are recommended.

8. Energy & Water Conservation

• Switch off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use.

• Conserve water to help protect the environment.

9. Safety & Security

• Always lock doors when leaving the property.

• Guests are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings.

• Fire extinguishers and emergency cut‑offs are provided; follow safety instructions.

10. Rights of Admission Reserved

• Masanori Hospitality reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay if guest behavior, documentation, or conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

• Management’s decision in such matters is final and binding.
